The Venezuelan Society of Cosmetic Sciences (SVCC) is a civil, non-profit society of a cultural, scientific nature that provides services to its members, collaborators and the general public.

It was registered in the Subaltern Office of the Second Registry Circuit of the Libertador Municipality of the Federal District, on December 22, 1988, establishing the definitive statutes of said Society.

It is at the beginning of the year 1989, when the First Board of Directors constituted by President, Dra. Astrid Castro de Castro, begins to forge the structure of what during these continuous years is known as the Venezuelan Society of Cosmetic Sciences.
