The Society of Chemical Cosmetologists of Mexico AC was founded on November 19, 1962 by a group of 11 enthusiastic professionals in Cosmetic Chemistry. At that time the foundations were laid for a flourishing industry, the Chemical Cosmetic Industry, which has withstood political-economic onslaught for the past 51 years.
